Today, Azerbaijani media reported that Iran had destroyed an Armenian UAV that crossed the Armenian-Iranian border. No evidence was presented to substantiate the information.

Regarding the topic, the RA Ministry of Defense denies the spreaded information.

It is stressed the news of Iran's attack on the Armenian UAV is a misinformation spread by Azerbaijan, which is trying to absolve itself of responsibility for violating the airspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran and drive a wedge in the Armenian-Iranian relations.
